Mechanical Contracts Manager/Estimator

We are currently working with a electrical and mechanical Services company who emcompasses design, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
Main Responsibilties:
- Previous experience required of contract managing and estimating, they currently use SEC software for estimating purposes, so experience in this would be helpful but not essential.
- Managing and estimate projects unto £1M in value.
- Managing existing on site staff and the management of the mechanical team within the office.
What you will need:
- Ideally a minimum of 5years previous experience in the role.
Benefits:
- Salary £45k - £55k per year

- Holiday increases in length of service up to 25 days.
