Project Management Administrator

- Salary up to £30,000 per annum
This role supports the Project Manager with the ultimate goal to deliver projects (within construction) within the time, cost and quality constraints to meet the customer and business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Admin assistance to project manager and wider management team
- Assist with planning and breaking down projects into tasks
- Monitor/report project progress
- Produce and send regular customer reports on project progress
- Monitor budget and project expenditure
- Coordinate project tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Arrange routine meetings and record key takeaways and actions
- Attend key meetings as required to record key takeaways and actions
- Oversee and monitor project risks, adjusting throughout the project
- Set up data and details of projects on the internal ERP system
- Process the building of manufactured items and despatch units on the ERP system
- Any other general administration tasks that are required
What you will need:

- Experience in project management administration beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills comfortable in networking with internal and external contacts
