Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)
Salary: Up to £95 per day
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Do you have experience working with children and a genuine interest in supporting their educational journey? Ivy Resource Group is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a middle school in Droitwich.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Assist the student in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor progress, track individualized targets, and provide feedback to the teaching team.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children (school-based or other relevant settings).
- Passion for supporting students with SEN.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of the student.
- No official qualification required, but relevant training or courses are advantageous.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (full-time position).
