Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)

Salary: Up to £95 per day

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Do you have experience working with children and a genuine interest in supporting their educational journey? Ivy Resource Group is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a middle school in Droitwich.


  • Provide 1:1 support to a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Assist the student in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor progress, track individualized targets, and provide feedback to the teaching team.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.


  • Previous experience working with children (school-based or other relevant settings).
  • Passion for supporting students with SEN.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of the student.
  • No official qualification required, but relevant training or courses are advantageous.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (full-time position).
