Due to continued growth of the business, our client is looking for Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
- Managing and processing company sales and purchase documents.
- Reconciling financial statements
- Managing payments made via BACS, Paypal, Petty Cash and Credit Cards
- Assisting with year-end accounts and audits
- Assisting with the production of financial report
- Assisting with the coding and posting of expense claims.
- Ensure all internal controls are adhered to.
- Undertake ad-hoc financial projects as the need arises.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a purchase ledger role.
- Previous knowledge of Sage 50 is desirable, but training can be given
- Ability to self-manage your workload
- Excellent time-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
