Ad Hoc Kitchen Assistant

Our agency is seeking reliable, enthusiastic Kitchen Assistants to support a nursery on an ad hoc basis.
About the role:
- Food preparation support such as chopping, portioning, and simple cooking
- Maintaining high hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
- Cleaning duties including washing up, sanitising surfaces, and keeping the kitchen organised
- Following allergy and dietary guidelines provided by the nursery team
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or catering experience
- A proactive, can‑do attitude
- Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness
- Flexibility to accept shifts at short notice
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
