Ivy Resource Group is recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading volume house builder in Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain experience within a dynamic commercial team on large-scale residential developments.

The Role
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team with:
Preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages and contracts
Measuring and valuing works on-site
Assisting with cost reporting and budget control
Supporting procurement and supply chain management
Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Contributing to project financial performance and risk management
About You
A degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar (or working towards)
Previous experience in residential construction or housebuilding (placement or post-grad)
Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills
Eager to learn and progress within a commercial role
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Salary & Package
Up to £40,000 depending on experience
