We are looking for a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join the existing Engineering Team within a fast-paced environment. The person will form an important and integral part of an expanding business and at an exciting time within the company's history.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting on projects from start to finish.
- Maintaining & monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets & expenditure.
- Help save the company time & money by making projects more efficient.
- Ensure project targets are met on time and in budget.
- Documenting & following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Developing project strategies.
- Ensuring resource availability.
- Assess project risks & issues and assist in providing solutions where applicable.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Assist the Technical Project Manager in development of projected budgets, schedules, scope statements & project plans.
- Carry out project management administrative duties.
- Assign tasks to team members/field engineers and help them understand what's expected from them.
- Help the Technical Project Manager to monitor project progress & team members performance and provide updates to project stakeholders.
- Ensure everyone is aware of project goals, timeline & milestones.
What you will need:
- Solid IT skills & knowledge of necessary software including MSWord, Teams,Excel & Outlook.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, & other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure & to tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to work well independently as well as in a group setting.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of different types of project management concepts with previous proven hands-on experience in implementing these concepts.
- Able to assist all areas of the business as and when required.
