Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established telecommunications business. We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join the existing Sales Team within a fast-paced environment. This person will form an important and integral part of an expanding business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and quantify business sectors for broadband, utilities, government/defence along with direct and indirect sell including system integrators.
- Search potential market areas for telecom opportunities.
- Present telecommunication solutions to potential users.
- Proactively present value proposition.
- Attend industry events & conferences to network & promote products & the business.
- Build relationships & stay up to date with new products and technologies.
- Creating sales forecasts & actively work towards reaching them and presenting sales information to the Senior Management Team.
- Active participation in completion of Tender applications received into the business.
- Deliver in person & online Sales presentations with prospective & existing customers.
- Work alongside our engineering team to find resolutions and solutions for all new and existing customers.
What you will need:
- Proactive, Ambitious & forward-thinking Sales Professional with a proven track record of working as a Business Development Manager.
- Creative & Strategic thinker
- Initiative executioner
- Management Experience/ Bachelor degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business desirable
- 5+ years of proven experience of working in the Telecoms sector desirable
