We are currently looking for an Estimator with previous experience for one of the leading contractors in the region undertaking construction and building maintenance projects for the public and private sectors. Primarily working on residential, heritage, commercial, leisure, social housing, and education projects.
The role entails:
- Working on Pre-tender
- Pricing work
- Liaising with project managers
- Helping the commercial team to grow
- Directly responsible for all tender submissions across the entire company
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years construction estimating experience
