Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Contracts Supervisor to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Birmingham.
The company:
Our client is an industry leader in the design, construction, refurbishment and creation of specialist roofing and surfacing solutions for homes, public and private sector clients.
The role entails:
Managing of project works - From placing order, RAMS, management of the work packages onsite
Control of cost on projects
Advising clients on works and progress updates
Ordering of materials
Rasing subcontract orders / Pos
Roof survey works / Measuring of projects
Managing labour force
Essential requirements:
Driving licence and a background in roofing
What are we looking for?
A strong background as a Contracts Supervisor
Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively
Relevant industry qualifications
