Ivy Resource Group is seeking an experienced and qualified Electrician to deliver planned and reactive maintenance, minor works, and small project installations across a portfolio of commercial and retail properties in North West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a mobile engineer looking to join a growing facilities management contract with long-term stability and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
Complete minor new works and project installations
Respond to issues within agreed SLA timescales
Work across domestic, commercial, and light industrial settings
Maintain accurate records of works carried out
Ensure all work complies with H&S procedures and client protocols
Participate in out-of-hours callout rota when required
Requirements:
Essential:
Approved City & Guilds Electrician or equivalent
AM2 and 18th Edition qualified
JIB Gold Card (or willingness to obtain)
Full UK Driving Licence
Good communication and organisation skills
Desirable:
C&G 2391 (Testing & Inspection)
Gold CSCS Card
First Aid training
Site Health & Safety certification
