My client is looking for a Lettings manager to join their team. They are looking to hire an individual who is well presented, diplomatic, dynamic and target driven. The individual must be results focussed, without compromising on providing an exceptional level of customer service.
What you will need:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Lettings department, Managing their team, able to complete transactions from start to finish, from the initial call to check in of the tenants.
- Strong negotiating and management skills
- Able to execute and achieve targets
- Results/goals orientated measured through KPI's
- Maintaining strong relationship with applicants and landlords.
- Dealing with international clients
- Ambition to grow within the company/role
- Understanding of Estate Agency Rules & Regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and excel
- Good ability with working with Estate Agency Software and Microsoft Office package.
