Sales Negotiator

My client is looking for a Sales negotiator to join their team. In this role you will play a crucial part in property sales, valuations, financial service appointments, sign-ups, conveyancing quotes, and instructions.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring adherence to company standards and current legislation
- Identifying potential buyers and sellers, securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments
- Conducting viewings
- Managing withdrawals through negotiation and managing client expectations
- Managing sales progression and communicating regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers
- Securing offers and maximizing value streams
- Conducting property valuations and preparing pre-valuation information
You will need:
- Minimum 2 years residential Estate Agency experience
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build trust and credibility
- The ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in IT using Microsoft Office packages and computerised databases
- Clean UK driving licence
