Finance Administrator

- Salary up to £27,000 per annum
Due to ongoing growth and expansion, this fantastic business is looking to secure a talented and highly organised conscientious individual to join them as a Finance Administrator to assist with raising sales invoices, general administration and other accounting duties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Running of the day to day accounts
- Sales and Purchase invoices
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Credit control including payment reminders
- Time sheets checking and liaising with payroll and managers to ensure pay is correct
- Daily reconciliations and bank reconciliation
- CIS returns
- Statement checks
- Payment run
- Monthly reporting
- General running of the office
- Helping managers with administrative tasks and assisting our departments in day to day tasks
- Dealing with enquires via phone calls and emails
What you will need:
- Have excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Able to prioritise and plan own workload
- Be efficient
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Have extensive experience within Finance and with using Xero
