Pay Rate: £80-£95 per day

Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with class teachers to support students across various year groups.
- Assist in classroom management, ensuring a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils with diverse needs.
- Contribute to planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Foster a sense of belonging and well-being among students.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working in an educational setting within the last 5 years.
- A genuine interest in supporting children's development and learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our diverse student body.
