Groundworker required for an immediate start in Wentloog, South Wales
What is required for the position?
Tickets: CSCS card required.
Requirements:-
Clean driving licence.
NPORS licence (preferred).
Health and safety knowledge (preferred).
PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Groundworker on other construction projects
References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references

We have an opportunity for a person to work within our Building Services Maintenance Team based on the Wentloog in Cardiff.
Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience required (full training will be provided).
The role is very varied and it requires experience in all or some of the following:-
External work - brick work/facias/gutters/steel cladding/small types of ground work.
Construction work - Tarmacking/concreting/erecting small buildings.
Landscaping - Grass cutting/strimming/weed killing.
Plant operation - JCB/dumper/roller/mini excavator/sit on mower (on site training will be provided). Experienced preferred, but not essential.
Tools - chain saw/disc cutter/strimmer.
A good attitude and strong work ethic required.

Weekly pay on a Friday
£31,000 per year
8 hours paid per day

Working hours: 8am - 4:30pm
