This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established company within their finance team in the Gloucester area
Main Responsibilities:
- Registering purchase invoices
- Submitting invoices for approval
- Matching of purchase invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts
- Retentions and CIS deductions
- Preparing payment proposals
- Making supplier payments
- Taking phone calls from suppliers and dealing with ledger account and payment queries
- Supplier Statement reconciliations
What you will need:
- Previous purchase ledger experience
- Working knowledge of Sage 50
- Working knowledge of Sage 500
- Comfortable working in excel
- Confident telephone manner
