Group GHSE Manager
- Full time, permanent
- up to £55,000 (depending on expereince)
An exciting opportuntity has arisen for our established client. They are looking for is looking a Group QHSE Manager to join Team
The successful candidate will be highly competent in Construction related QHSE.
-Carry out audits of the company procedures to make and implement improvement recommendations as necessary
-Assist with H&S inspections and audits on project sites
-Maintain ISO, SSIP, trade accreditation(s), client portals and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ)
-Create, review and update company policies, procedures & forms
-Attend external audits as required by accreditation bodies (ISO, trade, client)
-Advise on all dealings with any regulatory bodies (EA/ HSE/ ICO etc)
-Ensure that relevant departments are carrying out minimum audits of engineers and projects in line with CoP
-Maintain, where practicable zero enforcement notices (EMS)
-Liaise with Human Resources and line managers to advise on Health & Safety training matters
-Assist where required in the creation of RAMS where specific Health & Safety advice is required
-Ensure Annual Occupational Health Checks are carried out and reviewed in timely fashion
-Promote positive wellbeing, health & safety awareness and drive the company "Safety First" culture
-Carry out Fire Risk Assessment for the company owned offices on an annual
-Carry out internal PAT testing of company owned equipment
-Lead contact for all company fleet management.
