Freelance Quantity Surveyor - Cheltenham - High End Residential
Our client is currently recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join there team in their office based in Cheltenham. They currently have multiple high end residential sites live with a hugh pipline of work due to start within the next 2 years. The sites consist of high end new builds and there is also a refurbishment arm to the business.
Key responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Commercial management
- Financial reporting
- Contract knowledge
- Valuation and payments
- Contract valuations
What you will need:
- 5 years + expereince
- Own Vehicle, Full UK driving license
- First aid at work
- SMSTS or similar
- CSCS or similar
Day Rate:
£270 - £300 per day - this will be based on your experience
There is potential for the right candidate to go permanent
