Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our trades and labour team in our head office in Twigworth, Gloucester.
The company:
Ivy is an established construction recruitment agency with years of experience in supplying temporary, contract and permanent staff to the construction industry. We work with some of the biggest names in the industry, including many blue chip companies and well established SMEs.
The role entails:
- Dealing with inbound enquiries from potential clients on the phone and email - No cold calls
- Business development and following up with companies who have enquried to Ivy previously
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- The majority of the role will be on the phone, but there will be some face to face pre-arranged meetings as and when required.
Requirements:
- Driving licence and own transport.
- Preferable 12 months minimum experience in any recruitment sector (ideally construction)
- If you don't have this, then 12 months B2B Sales experience is requried

- Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively

Salary:
£24,000 - £30,000 per annum based on experience + uncapped commission.
We can guarantee commission if you're coming over from another recruiter, so you don't lose out on earnings.
Working hours:
7.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday
