Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our Trades & Labour division in our head office in Quedgeley, Gloucester.
The company:
Ivy is an established construction recruitment agency with years of experience in supplying temporary, contract and permanent staff to the construction industry. We work with some of the biggest names in the industry, including many blue chip companies and well established SMEs.
The role entails:
- Working alongside a Recruitment Consultant on an existing busy desk, visiting clients and candidates on sites in Gloucestershire.
- Business Development
- Compliance
- Expanding and retaining existing accounts
- Dealing with general queries relating to contracts & pay
Essential requirements:
- Driving licence and own transport.
What are we looking for?
- No experience necessary, but 12 months experience in any recruitment sector is preferred
- The ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Organised
- You must be confident and have a polite telephone manner
- Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively
- Reliable and punctual
Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 Depending on experience + commission
Incentives to earn more based on performace including: Phone contract paid for, car allowance, holidays etc.
Working hours & Holidays:
7.30am - 4.30 Monday - Thursday and 4pm Finish on Fridays.
23 days annual leave + Bank holidays. Increases 1 day every year upto 5 years
Birthday off as extra annual leave every year
Full sick pay after 1 year in the business
