We are looking for a Secondary Teaching Assistant to work day-to-day throughout different Secondary schools within Redditch. As a teaching assistant, you will be working one-on-one with a students and covering different year groups helping as general class room assistant, helping students to achieve their full potential.
Experience working with children is required for this role, but no formal qualifications are necessary. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and has a positive attitude towards learning. As a 1:1 and general teaching assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in students lives. You will be responsible for providing individualised and classroom support, building relationships with different students and working closely with the classroom teachers to create a supportive learning environment.
