Position: SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location: Worcestershire (Alternative Provision School)
Salary: £85 per day
Hours: Flexible
Student Age Group: KS3 and KS4
About the Role:
- As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to their SEMH needs.
- You will actively engage in classroom activities and educational outings, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Flexibility is key, as you may be out of the traditional classroom setting on educational activity days.
- Your resilience and proactive approach will contribute to the success of our students.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs is desirable.
- Confidence, adaptability, and a passion for supporting young learners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
