Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Senior Site Manager to join one our clients on a permanent or freelance basis in Andover, Hampshire.
The company:
Our client is a high-end residential contractor, who work on multi million pound projects across the South East. They undertake renovations of country homes, as well grade 1 and grade 2 listed properties. Our client also builds bespoke new homes for private clients.
The role entails:
Managing the teams and sub-contractors on site
Liaising with clients
Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project
Reviewing progress and liaising with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs
Requirements:
5 years minimum experience - must have a high end residential background.
Trade background - Ideally Carpentry
What are we looking for?
A strong background as a Site Manager or an Assistant Site Manager looking to progress into their next role
Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively
Relevant industry qualifications - SMSTS, 1st Aid
