Our clients are seeking a dynamic and organised Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Service Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their service department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments for maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Making outbound telephone calls to customers to agree servicing visits for delayed and outstanding appointments.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, updating them on service appointments and addressing inquiries.
- Efficiently manage service requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Managing the service engineer's diaries and ensuring that the service levels of maintenance contracts are maintained.
- Collaborate closely with their technical and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
What you will need:
- Prior experience in a service coordination or scheduling role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.

The requirement for this role is a full time based on 39 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 5.00pm and Friday 8.30pm until 4.00pm.
Salary: £24,000 - £28000 per annum dependant on experience.
