Site Manager required for an immediate start in Droitwich, Worcestershire
What is required for the position?
Tickets: Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid
PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
Qualifications:
First Aid at work, SMSTS
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set out and monitor line, level, and position for the following building activities:
- Bulk earthworks.
- Foul and surface water drainage.
- Reinforced concrete foundations and slabs.
- Steel frame erection.
- Roads and external landscaping.
- Check, monitor, and develop quality inspection records.
- Set-up and maintain site engineering control.
- Compile relevant 'as built' information.
- Implement and enforce positive health and safety behaviour on site.
- Monitor and replenish material stock levels, relative to the above building activities.
- Able to communicate with, and work alongside several teams of labour only ground working gangs.
- A positive and hands on approach, with a willingness to help and assist a small site team.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that designs meet construction requirements.
Experience:
- Must have 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction projects.
References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references

£250 /per day
Working Hours:
6:45am - 5pm
