Site Manager required starting in Oxford from Monday 18th March
What is required for the position?
Tickets: Valid BLACK CSCS Card, SMSTS, 3 Day First Aid Course, Full UK Driving License, DBS Check (Indate), Level 6 NVQ In Construction Management
PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
Experience:
Must have 2 years' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction projects.
EWI & PAS Knowlegde in essential
References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references
Job Role:
The Site Managers will be working on residential housing on solid wall projects. We don't expect them to have solid wall insulation knowledge but it's definitely a bonus. A lot of the time, the sites will have people already living in the houses which is why DBS checks are essential and experience of residential housing is a bonus.
We need someone to start asap, ideally next Monday 18th March for a duration of four weeks at a minimum - once we have a permanent candidate in the role, we'd love for them to do a handover so it's possible they're with us for an extra week or two whilst that happens.
