Site Manager required in Alresford, Hampshire for a large high end residential project.
What is required for the position?
Tickets: Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid.
PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
Experience:
Must have 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction projects.
References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references
Requirements:
Must have high end residential experience
Ideally have a trade background.
Type of project that require a Site Manager:
£20 million new build house
Other information:
Working hours: 7:30am to 5pm
£280 /per day
