Site Manager required in Rugby, Warwickshire
What is required for the position?
Tickets: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Fire Marshall Qualifications
PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction Housing projects.
References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references
Work involved:
Works involved: Needs a site manager for approx 3 months- Monday- Friday and the current shift is 12 hours- 0700am-0700pm. The site is set in a logistics warehouse and is in the final phase. Most of work is complete so it is to ensure the remaining works are being carried out safely and also to keep an eye on the quality of works being completed. Just general site management with good eye for detail and communication.
Electrical background ideal but not necessary.
Other information:
£405 per day
Working hours: 7:00am to 7:00pm
