We are currently looking for a Support Coordinator to support our clients based in Gloucester who work with vulnerable adults to provide a safe environment to settle and re-build their lives
What you will need:
- Previous experience as a Support Coordinator for vulnerable adults
- Understanding of homelessness, housing and social exclusion
- Understanding of drug, alcohol and mental health issues
- A belief in the potential of each individual and an understanding of the importance of community in helping an individual to achieve their potential
- Self-motivated effective team player, with the ability to lead, work and share
- Empathy and understanding in a wide range of needs and experiences
- Empowering approach and an ability to engage others in support
- Confidence to take on and resolve difficult issues
