English Supply Teacher in Gloucester
Are you a passionate educator with expertise in English? We are currently seeking enthusiastic English Supply Teachers to join Ivy Resource Group to support local Secondary Schools in Gloucester. This role involves covering short-term or long-term absences of permanent staff.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging English lessons to students of different abilities and backgrounds, following the school's curriculum and policies.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a safe and positive learning environment.
- Adapt to different teaching requirements based on the specific role.
Requirements:
- A recognized teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, etc.).
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
- Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.
