Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with options for daily and long-term supply positions. The successful candidates will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and assist students in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the classroom with lesson delivery and student support.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
- Supervise students during breaks and other non-classroom activities.
- Assist with classroom preparation and organisation.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and student needs.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
