Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant for Early Years / KS1

Position: Teaching Assistant - General cover
Contract: Part time (5 days per week, mornings or afternoons only)
Salary: £45 - 60 per day
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support across EYFS and KS1 in Worcester, Worcestershire. The successful candidate will work closely with the student, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the EYFS and KS1 students, ensuring they are fully engaged in learning.
- Work closely with the classroom teacher to implement induvial learning plans.
- Monitor the students progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Experience: Experience within the last 5 years working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
Qualifications: No formal qualifications required; your experience and dedication matter most.
Compassion: A genuine care for the well-being and development of young learners.
Enthusiasm: Bring your positive energy and passion for education to the classroom.
