Bricklayers required for a start in Reading, Berkshire.
What is required for the position?
Ticket: Blue CSCS Required
PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Bricklayer on other construction projects
References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references
Type of project that require a Bricklayer:
Works involved: Close two fireplaces: carefully tooth-in and infill openings with matched imperial bricks; stitch ties into returns; maintain course heights and joint lines; leave internal faces flush for later plastering and install discreet ventilation (e.g. clay/air brick) to dead flues. Rebuild outer skin to one opening in Flemish bond with herringbone panel where shown; use matched imperial bricks and lime mortar; rake out and rebuild to line, level, and plumb; finish with neat lime pointing to match existing. Protect surroundings and dispose of spoil.
Pay Rate:
£26 Per Hour.

Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
