Ivy Resource Group is currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing operation in the Baildon area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking production environment equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, operating a large-scale site 24/7 and producing high-volume products for national distribution.
You'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently-carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver effective maintenance across production machinery, ensuring minimal downtime.
Carry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs.
Support general building maintenance, including electrical tasks when required.
Manage spare parts stock-monitor levels, reorder when required, and source cost-effective replacements.
Identify faults and use your design/problem-solving skills to enhance and improve equipment performance.
Prioritise workload effectively, balancing preventative maintenance with urgent reactive work.
Requirements
Mechanical background qualifications.
Electrical background qualifications.
Scissor lift licence (training can be provided).
Strong mechanical and electrical problem-solving ability.
Basic computer literacy.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
