Site Manager required in Thatcham, Berkshire.
What is required for the position?
Tickets: SMSTS, Working at Heights and First Aid.
PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction projects.
References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references related to residential developments
Work involved:
Re-roofing one of the commercial buildings using PIR board and single ply membrane. An understanding of roofing is extremely important
Other information:
£280 per day
Working hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm
